Tiffany Howard, RN, is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector with a strong clinical background and an artistic eye for natural results. She began her nursing career in 2009. After graduating from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2011, she gained valuable experience in acute care settings, including ICU and step-down units, where she developed advanced clinical judgment and patient care skills
Since transitioning into plastics and aesthetics in 2018, Tiffany has worked closely alongside Dr. James Apesos and others, refining her expertise in facial balancing, injectables, and corrective skincare treatments. Her approach combines science, experience, and artistry to deliver results that enhance each patient’s natural beauty.
Tiffany is known for her honest, patient-centered care—focusing on realistic goals, long-term skin health, and treatments that support confidence without overdoing it. She believes aesthetics is not just about how you look, but how you feel when you see yourself.
Dr. Apesos is recognized as one of the most experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeons in Ohio. Dr. Apesos has served not only the needs of his patients for many years but also instructed medical students and surgical residents in the art of plastic and reconstructive surgery as a Clinical Professor of Surgery and as the Plastic Surgery Residency program director at Wright State University.
Dr. Apesos received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and a Residency in General Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Chief Residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield Illinois. Dr. Apesos completed his Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Virginia with internationally recognized Milton T. Edgerton, MD. Dr. Apesos encourages all of his patients to review the education and experience of their plastic surgeon.
Kelly is the heart of the office, and often the first friendly voice patients hear when they call. She plays an essential role in every step of the patient experience, from scheduling and answering questions to guiding patients through consultations, procedures, and recovery.
Kelly helps patients understand surgical options and provides clear, compassionate education on pre- and post-operative care. She also walks patients through financial details with transparency, helping them feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Kelly has a natural ability to put patients at ease. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels supported, heard, and cared for—from the very first phone call through their final follow-up.
